Better Payment Solutions is validating demand for proposed payment and accounting software for Australian businesses.

What we collect and why

When you submit the survey, we collect your name, business name, email address, respondent type, industry, accounting software, approximate card fee range, interest levels, comments and any optional practice details. We also record your submission time and whether you consent to pilot contact. We use this information to assess demand, understand potential users and plan a possible pilot.

Providing a response is voluntary. The form marks required and optional fields. Please avoid including sensitive personal information or customer financial details in comments.

If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address and message to review and respond to your enquiry. Contact enquiries are stored separately from survey responses.

Contact preferences

We will email you about an early pilot only if you select the pilot-contact checkbox. Submitting a response does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. You can withdraw your pilot-contact consent at any time.

Anonymous analytics

We count page views, calls to action, form starts and selections of accounting software and pilot interest. These are daily event totals, not unique visitor profiles. Successful submissions are counted from saved responses. Our analytics do not store names, email addresses, comments, IP addresses or visitor identifiers. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and our anonymous event tracking respects browser Do Not Track settings.

Storage and service providers

The site uses OpenAI Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure. Submitted responses are stored in a private database accessible to authorised project owners or administrators. The hosting providers may process technical logs to operate and secure their services. Sites does not currently provide an Australian data-residency guarantee, so information may be processed or stored outside Australia.

We do not sell survey responses. We use service providers to host and operate this site and may disclose information if required by law.

Retention and your choices

We intend to retain identifiable survey responses for up to 12 months after submission, unless you separately agree to participate in a pilot or ask us to delete your response sooner. You can request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of contact consent by emailing hello@betterpaymentsolutions.com.au or through our contact page. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
